🔄 Wig Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed under the following strict conditions:
✔️ Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
✔️ The wig must be in original condition
✔️ The lace must be uncut
✔️ The wig must not be worn, washed, styled, or altered
✔️ Original packaging must be returned
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

unless the wrong item was supplied by us.
📦 Product Responsibility
